Heavy Duty Electric Hammer and Rotary Hammer Grease Lubricant for Impact Drills Chipping Hammers Pneumatic Tools Cylinder Protection Wear Resistance Long Lasting Performance
Electric Hammer & Chisel Lubricating Grease – Professional Power Tool Cylinder & Shank Lubricant
A purpose-formulated lubricating grease specifically designed for electric rotary hammers, demolition hammers, chipping hammers, and pneumatic chisels. Available in two formulas — Standard (002) and Comfortable (Bashi) — in sizes from 100g to 500g, with optional bundle packs including a thickened universal wrench or 450ml tool cleaning agent for complete tool maintenance in one order.
Regular lubrication of the cylinder, piston, O-rings, and chisel shank is the most effective way to prevent premature wear, maintain impact energy output, and extend the working life of electric hammers and pneumatic chisels.
Key Performance Features
- Impact and shock resistance – Formulated to stay in place under the high-frequency reciprocating motion and shock loads generated inside electric hammer cylinders, preventing grease throw-off and dry running
- Excellent wear protection – Forms a durable protective film on cylinder walls, piston surfaces, O-rings, and chisel shank hex grooves, minimizing metal-to-metal contact and bore wear
- High-temperature stability – Maintains effective lubrication as tools heat up during extended continuous operation, preventing grease breakdown and carbonization
- Reduces friction and operating noise – Smoother piston travel reduces internal friction, lowering operating temperature and noise levels during use
- Chisel shank lubrication – Lubricates the SDS-Plus or SDS-Max chisel shank and tool holder, preventing galling, seizing, and premature wear of the chuck mechanism
- O-ring and seal safe – Compatible with rubber O-rings and piston seals; does not cause swelling or degradation of elastomer components
- Long-lasting protection – Stays effective between service intervals, reducing the frequency of tool disassembly and regreasing
- Compatible with major brands – Suitable for Bosch, Makita, Hilti, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Metabo, and other SDS rotary and demolition hammer brands
Formula Options
- Standard Formula (002) – Professional-grade cylinder lubricant for general rotary hammer and demolition hammer maintenance; suitable for all SDS tool types and brands
- Comfortable Formula (Bashi) – Slightly softer consistency for easier application and better penetration into tight clearances; ideal for chisel shank lubrication and O-ring coating during assembly

Recommended Applications
- SDS-Plus rotary hammer cylinder walls, pistons, and O-rings
- SDS-Max demolition hammer cylinder and piston assemblies
- SDS-Plus and SDS-Max chisel and drill bit shank hex grooves
- Electric hammer tool holder (chuck) internal surfaces
- Chipping hammer and pneumatic chisel cylinder mechanisms
- Jackhammer piston and cylinder bore lubrication
- Impact drill internal cylinder components
How to Apply
- Disassemble the tool according to the manufacturer’s service manual
- Clean the cylinder bore, piston, O-rings, and chisel shank thoroughly to remove old grease and debris
- Apply a thin, even coat to cylinder walls, piston body, all O-ring surfaces, and the chisel shank hex grooves
- Do not over-grease — excess grease causes overheating and can damage seals
- Reassemble and run briefly at low load to distribute lubricant evenly
- Reapply at manufacturer-recommended service intervals or when impact performance decreases
- Also apply a small amount of grease to the chisel shank before inserting into the tool holder at each bit change
From single 100g boxes for field service to 10-box bulk packs for workshop supply, this range covers every electric hammer lubrication need. Add the optional wrench or cleaning agent bundle for a complete tool maintenance solution in one convenient order.
