Key Benefits
- High-Quality Black PE Material – Manufactured from durable black polyethylene that provides excellent UV resistance, flexibility, and long service life in outdoor agricultural environments – maintaining performance across a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.
- Thickened Wall Construction – Available in multiple wall thicknesses (0.5mm to 1.5mm) to match different pressure requirements and application demands, from light garden watering to heavy-duty farmland main supply lines.
- Wide Diameter Range – Choose from Φ32, Φ40, Φ50, Φ63, Φ75, Φ90, and Φ110mm diameters to match your irrigation system’s flow rate requirements and connect seamlessly with standard fittings and drip irrigation components.
- Flexible & Easy to Install – The flexible PE construction allows the pipe to be easily routed around obstacles, across uneven terrain, and through tight spaces without cracking or kinking, simplifying installation across large agricultural fields.
- Non-Porous Water Delivery – Solid-wall construction ensures efficient, leak-free water conveyance from the source to drip emitters, sprinklers, or other irrigation outlets – minimizing water loss and maximizing irrigation efficiency.
- Full Roll Supply – Supplied in full rolls of 50 or 100 meters for convenient bulk purchasing, reducing joints and connections in the field and ensuring a continuous, reliable water supply line across your entire irrigation system.
How to Install
Select the appropriate diameter and wall thickness based on your system’s flow rate, operating pressure, and connection requirements. Unroll the pipe and route it along your planned irrigation layout, securing with pipe clips or stakes as needed. Cut to length using a pipe cutter or sharp knife for clean, square ends. Connect to water source, valves, and distribution fittings using standard PE pipe connectors or compression fittings appropriate for your chosen diameter. Flush the system with clean water before connecting drip emitters or sprinklers to remove any debris. Bury underground or cover with mulch to protect from UV exposure and physical damage for extended service life. Store unused pipe in a cool, shaded location away from direct sunlight.
