How to Install & Use

Connect the micro-spray tape to your main PE supply pipe using standard barbed fittings or tape connectors appropriate for your chosen diameter. Lay the tape along the crop row with the holes facing upward for overhead mist spray, or angled to the side for targeted canopy or root zone irrigation. Secure the tape with ground stakes or clips at regular intervals to prevent movement during operation. Cap the end of each tape run with an end plug or fold and tie securely to prevent water loss. Turn on the water supply at low to medium pressure – micro-spray tape operates best at 0.05–0.2 MPa. Adjust pressure to achieve the desired spray pattern and coverage radius. Flush the system periodically to clear sediment from the holes. After the growing season, roll up and store in a cool, shaded location to extend service life.
