High Temperature Grease Lubricant for Motors and Bearings Industrial Grade Heat Resistant Lubricating Grease for Extreme Conditions Up to 600°F Long Lasting Smooth Operation
High Temperature Industrial Grease – Motor & Bearing Lubricant, Blue & White Formula
A professional-grade high-temperature resistant lubricating grease formulated for electric motors, industrial bearings, fans, pumps, and machinery operating under sustained thermal stress. Available in two variants — Blue (standard industrial formula) and White (clean, non-staining formula) — to suit different application environments and requirements.
Unlike standard greases that soften, separate, or carbonize at elevated temperatures, this high-temperature formula maintains its structure and lubrication film integrity under continuous heat exposure, preventing dry running, accelerated wear, and bearing failure.
Key Performance Features
- High-temperature resistance – Maintains stable grease structure and effective lubrication film at sustained elevated temperatures where standard lithium greases soften and lose effectiveness
- Excellent oxidation stability – Resists oxidative breakdown and thickening over extended service periods in hot environments, maintaining consistent performance throughout the service interval
- Strong adhesion & film retention – Stays firmly in place on bearing surfaces under centrifugal force, vibration, and thermal cycling, preventing grease migration and dry spots
- Low oil separation (bleeding) – Stable thickener matrix minimizes oil bleed at high temperatures, preventing grease starvation and contamination of adjacent components
- Anti-rust & corrosion protection – Rust inhibitor package protects bearing raceways, housings, and motor shaft surfaces against oxidation and moisture-induced corrosion
- Good mechanical stability – Resists structural breakdown under the shear forces generated in high-speed rotating bearings, maintaining consistent NLGI grade throughout service life
- Long relubrication intervals – Extended service life reduces maintenance frequency and equipment downtime
Available Variants
- Blue High-Temperature Grease – Standard industrial high-temperature formula; suitable for general motor bearings, industrial fans, pumps, and machinery in standard industrial environments. The most widely used option for general high-temperature applications.
- White High-Temperature Grease – Clean, non-staining white formula; ideal for applications where grease color contamination is a concern, such as food processing equipment (non-food-grade unless certified), textile machinery, printing equipment, and clean production environments. Also suitable where visual inspection of grease condition is important.
Recommended Applications
- Electric motor bearings (end shield bearings, rotor shaft bearings)
- Industrial fan and blower shaft bearings
- Centrifugal pump bearings and mechanical seals
- High-speed spindle bearings in machine tools
- Oven conveyor system bearings and chain guides
- Drying oven and curing oven rotating components
- Automotive wheel hub bearings and brake caliper slide pins
- Textile machinery bearings and guide rollers
- Printing and packaging machinery bearings
- General industrial machinery requiring high-temperature bearing protection
How to Apply
- Clean bearing housing and remove old grease before regreasing
- Fill bearing housing to approximately 1/3 to 1/2 capacity; avoid overpacking to prevent overheating
- For grease gun application, pump slowly to avoid seal damage from pressure buildup
- Establish regreasing intervals based on operating temperature, bearing speed, and load
- In high-temperature environments, shorten regreasing intervals compared to standard applications
