Key Benefits
- 2025 New Crop Freshness – Freshly harvested 2025 new crop peanuts at peak freshness, with full natural flavor, optimal moisture content, and the rich, nutty aroma that only new season peanuts can deliver – a significant quality advantage over stored or aged peanuts that lose their flavor and nutritional value over time.
- Thin Shell – Easy to Crack – The naturally thin shell makes these peanuts easy to crack open by hand without tools, revealing plump, full kernels inside – making snacking more enjoyable and reducing preparation time when shelling large quantities for cooking or processing.
- Naturally Sun-Dried – No Desiccant – Dried naturally under the sun without artificial desiccants, chemical drying agents, or heat treatment – preserving the peanuts’ natural flavor, nutritional integrity, and seed viability while ensuring a clean, additive-free product that is safe for all uses including planting.
- Farm-Grown Homegrown Quality – Grown on family farms using traditional cultivation methods, these peanuts reflect the authentic flavor and quality of homegrown produce – free from the compromises of large-scale industrial peanut production and delivering the genuine, full-flavored peanut taste that discerning consumers appreciate.
- Versatile Multi-Purpose Use – Suitable for a wide range of uses including eating raw as a snack, boiling in salted water (a popular Chinese preparation), dry roasting, stir-frying, baking into pastries and confections, pressing for peanut oil, making peanut butter, and saving as high-germination planting seeds for next season’s peanut crop.
- Multi-Pack Options – Available in 1, 2, 3, and 5 bag packs (approximately 500g per bag) to suit individual snackers, home cooks, and those purchasing larger quantities for cooking, processing, or planting – with better value per bag in larger multi-packs.
How to Use
For snacking (raw): crack the thin shell by hand and enjoy the fresh peanut kernels directly. For boiled peanuts: rinse the in-shell peanuts thoroughly, soak in water for 30–60 minutes, then boil in salted water with star anise, Sichuan pepper, and other spices for 45–90 minutes until tender. Drain and serve warm or cold. For roasted peanuts: shell the peanuts, spread on a baking tray, and roast at 160–180°C for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fragrant. Season with salt while warm. For cooking: shell and use in stir-fries, kung pao chicken, peanut sauces, salads, and traditional Chinese dishes. For planting: select the largest, most uniform kernels from undamaged shells. Plant in well-drained soil after the last frost when soil temperature reaches 18°C or above, at a depth of 3–5cm and spacing of 15–20cm. Store unused peanuts in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location in breathable bags or containers away from moisture and pests.
